Return your damaged sunglass with your warranty card, purchase the warranty replacement shipping for $5.95 below, and we will replace your sunglass no questions asked. Naute' wants your business for life.
Naute' Sport Scratch Replacement Policy:
Even the fine lens in your Naute' sunglass is subject to scratch under adverse conditions (including Rover the playful dog) and we want to ease the disappointment. Locate your glass on the internet store (USA-Sport.com) and reduce the price by 70%, that is what you will pay to replace your glass, we will even pay the freight to send your replacement. Just return your Naute' glass and state that you are taking advantage of our scratch replacement policy. Please include your full name, address, and email address. We will email you a code that will allow you to purchase the same or comparable glass for 30% of the internet cost. Naute' wants your business for life.
Non-Naute' brands:
Any glass that is not of the Naute' brand carries a 30 day satisfaction warranty. Just return within 30 days of the purchase date to us and state your reason for the transaction to pay for shipping and handing and we replace your sunglass, no questions asked.
