Your Naute' Sport sunglasses are warrantied for one year from date of purchase against manufacture defects of the frames or lens. The warranty does not cover scratches or normal wear and tear. You must retain your warranty card or original cash register receipt in order to file a warranty claim.
Replacement lens can be purchased on most of our Naute' Sport brand glasses.
Follow these easy steps to successfully process your claim:
1. Under Warranty & Scratch replacement you will need to purchase the Warranty Replacement Shipping for $ 6.95. This is a required return shipping & handling fee.
2. Return your glasses with you warranty card or original cash register receipt to:

3. We will review the defective returns to make sure they meet our warranty terms. If there is an issue we will contact you.
Any glass that is not of the Naute' brand carries a 30 day manufacturing defect warranty. Simply return within 30 days of purchase and state your reason for the transaction. You will need to process the Warranty Replacement Shipping fee and we replace your sunglasses if we find there is a manufacture defect.
